Thank you for supporting our local Hawaiian artisans! We are committed to providing high quality products and a positive shopping experience.
Damaged Items Only
We accept returns and issue refunds exclusively for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 15 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
Return Process
1) Notify us within 15days of receiving your order by sending an email to mauimanigifts@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage.
2) Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
3) Please return the item in its original packaging
4) Upon receiving the damaged item, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Exclusions
- We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are not damaged. As we have curated your gifts from many local artisans.
- All sales are final for non-damaged items.
